Returns & EXCHANGES
Do You Accept Returns and/or exchanges?
Lisa Pearson Designs accepts returns within 30 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or store credit. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Who is responsible for return shipping cost?
You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. You will be responsible for shipping charges if a return is exchanged.
What items can't be returned?
The following items are NOT returnable: sale items and custom items.

What Are Your Shipping Times?
Lisa Pearson Designs standard shipping on most orders is approximately 5-14 days. Each product listing will give an estimate on when the item will ship. Please allow extra working days for any Custom Order item to be handmade and ready for shipping.
What shipping services do we use?
For Standard Shipping we use UPS Ground Delivery and USPS. You will be emailed your tracking number when your order ships. We do not ship internationally at this time.
What Are the shipping cost?
STANDARD SHIPPING RATES.
- $5 on orders under $100
- Free shipping on orders over $100 (EXCLUDES LARGER ITEMS)
